About The Opportunity
The OTA Customer Experience Intern will act as a liaison, provide product and services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer and partners might face with accuracy and efficiency. The position aims to oversee booking volume and ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, contributing to the efficient operation and growth of Discova's business.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries under the guidance of Customer Experience.
- Engage directly with clients and travel agents through phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails.
- Provide accurate and efficient support to customers, ensuring satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions by documenting inquiries and responses in customer accounts.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and delivering excellent experiences
- Capture and document customer feedback and complaints.
- Stay informed about program changes and informational updates.
- Ensure privacy policies regarding handling customer information and payment details are followed.
- Contact customers for marketing, surveys, and follow-up purposes under supervision
- Learn about processing refunds, complaints, and other
customer-related issues
SKILL AND ATTRIBUTES
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a similar field.
- Fluent in English with intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms like WhatsApp.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
