
The Large Market Corporate Travel division of Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) comprises a diverse range of Corporate Travel brands including FCM Travel Solutions and our Meetings & Events business. Based in our Sydney head office and reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be joining a team of innovative high performers who rely on collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement to achieve market leading outcomes.
Day to day you’ll be…
- Liaising with Sales and Account Management teams to provide profitable pricing solution
- Maintaining benchmarks around pricing standards
- Reviewing customer contracts to safeguard our business
- Preparing reporting and analytical tools using PowerBI and Excel
- Developing and maintaining commercial models to understand the profitability of various offerings to customers
- Developing tracking to understand ongoing customer profitability and contract viability
- Reviewing and consolidating large market monthly results, including insight and commentary
- Providing monthly performance reporting and value add analysis that enables business stakeholders to make informed decisions
- Preparing budgets and forecasts
We’d love to hear from you if…
- Interpersonal skills and communication are your strengths in the workplace
- You’re someone who is genuinely passionate about interpreting high volumes of data to provide insights to the business.
- You have the ability to think commercially, be proactive, manage deadlines as well as think outside of the box to solve complex problems.
- You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role (Financial control/Analyst)
- Comfortable using Excel and PowerBI to manipulate, transform and present data
- CA/CPA qualification or studying towards is desirable
