We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) leisure marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing our digital marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and retention, and accelerate business growth. 

Your analytical mindset and strategic approach will be essential in optimizing digital channels, including website, app, SEO, and paid media performance. You will track and analyse key metrics, implement data-driven optimisations and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance online visibility and user engagement. 
 

 

Day to day you’ll…  

  • Support the execution of the brand marketing plan by implementing digital strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth

  • Plan and execute omnichannel digital marketing activities across the website, app, and paid media, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

  • Assist with SEO initiatives by optimizing website content, monitoring keyword performance, and supporting technical SEO improvements

  • Create, manage, and publish content and campaigns within internal systems to ensure timely and effective digital marketing execution

  • Update and maintain website content to align with brand messaging, promotions, and business objectives

  • Analyse and track key digital marketing metrics using analytics tools to ensure accurate data reporting and campaign optimisation

  • Compile reports and performance insights, providing data-driven recommendations for future marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align digital marketing efforts with overall brand strategy

  • 4+ years' experience in Marketing  
  • Strong project/time management skills  
  • Exemplary attention to detail  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills  
  • Excellent customer service/stakeholder liaison skills (demonstrated to both internal and external customers)  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines at any one time
