Looking after the Corporate and Support businesses, this role will own the Learning and Development journey for onboarding new starters and facilitating ongoing development for our people 

 ​

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

• Ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience for our Corporate and Support people
• Effective delivery of the Corporate onboarding training program
• Effective Delivery of Altitude, our self-directed Support Onboarding program
• Ensuring the training of new products, systems, Sales methodologies, and processes
• Ensuring all Corporate & Support content is maintained, and new content is added to reflect our evolving business
• Contributing to, implementing, and driving Flight Centre’s learning strategy
• Facilitating the completion of Company Compliance training modules
• Maintaining the relationship between the Corporate Senior Leadership team and L&D

Although this role will primarily be dedicated to our Corporate and Support businesses, it will flex where required to support all of FCTG.

• Experience in Flight Centre Systems (Corporate specifically)
• Proven ability to create accountability
• Ability to clearly articulate knowledge
• Proven ability to build strong business partnerships/relationships
