We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in analysing and identifying business needs and opportunities for improvement. In this role, you will help drive efficiencies across internal processes while enhancing technology platforms and products, with a specific focus on the finance space.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting process, design and architecture, and will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be knowledgeable in business process improvement, software development life cycle methodologies, and experience in creating commercial business cases to understand the ROI of opportunities.

Our successful candidate will join a focused, collaborative team in the, working on the implementation of a new finance system for the one of our leading brands. Your role will involve delivering solutions for finance and expanding the system rollout to other countries and will be a hands-on position within a results-driven environment.

Please note this will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

 

 

Day to day:

  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Supporting system adoption through user training, documentation, and ongoing assistance
  • Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials

 

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a business analyst role or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365
  • Experience with Business Central 
  • Project management skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
