We are looking for an all-round marketer who will execute and measure the brand’s co-operative campaigns and partnerships, including championing internal teams and external stakeholder relationships that drive profitable sales, target market share gain/growth and enhance the Flight Centre brand profile across national and regional activity.

You will be an expert communicator and storyteller, able to identify opportunities to build awareness for and drive traffic to Flight Centre brand.

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

• Working with media, partners and internal teams to develop creative and content briefs pertaining to marketing activity.
• Manage the end-to-end process of marketing assets including briefing, proofing, approval and dispatch (across TVC, Radio, Press, Magazine, Paid Social/Digital, website campaign pages, POS material).
• Deliver campaign proposals to suppliers and lead wider Marketing team campaign brief to align owned channels to paid activity.
• Manage post-campaign reporting and ROI analysis for suppliers and internal review.
• Working with product teams to ensure the right campaign product is provided in a timely manner.

About you. mo koe

• You are an all-round marketer who can execute and measure co-operative campaigns and partnerships
• You will have an understanding of analytics and reporting, and the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
• Proven ability to write in a brand tone of voice
• You will enjoy project managing marketing activity for upcoming campaigns, ‘always on’ activity, tactical sales and partnership activity marketing assets
