About the Opportunity

As FCM business growing rapidly in Asia and globally, this new opportunity is for a finance business partner to ensure new customers are onboarded correctly, and at-risk customers receive appropriate hypercare support. The role needs to proactively solving customer problems to drive ongoing customer retention and revenue growth, through Finance support such as, resolving invoicing / reconciliation issues and reporting.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Hypercare for at-risk and onboading clients, ensuring the statements of accounts are reconciled, tidy and working through client’s problems to ensure client retention.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making, assist in budgeting and forecasting of key accounts.
  • Take responsibly for key account’s escalation management related to finance, facilitating cross department problem solving, and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with business leaders to evaluate business performance, assess strategy, value creation, and drive strategic initiatives to enable financial and operational excellence (i.e. improve the profitability of the customer).
  • Prepare and distribute management reports of the key account showing actual cost vs budget and variance analysis to management.
  • Analyze and act on financial information to initiate and take corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
  • Build collaborative relationships within both FCM and our customers.

We’d love to hear from you if you have...

  • Experience in financial accounting, planning and reporting as well as follow up of business performance.
  • Bachelor of Accountancy/Statistics/Business/Finance, with minimum two years professional accounting experience. Chartered Accountants or equivalents will be a bonus.
  • Experience working in a client facing capacity, preferably in an international environment and/or a big four accounting firm
  • Highly proficient in MS office application.
  • Able to work to a tight deadline with sense of urgency while retaining delivery of best practice and accuracy.
  • Passionate about delivering a superior customer experience and focus on targets and persistence to get results.
  • Embraces and demonstrates FCM values and philosophies.
