The Voice of the Customer (VoC) Platform Coordinator will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the VoC program, including overseeing user access, addressing user inquiries, and resolving technical issues.  Working across a wide range of stakeholders from all over the business, across five different countries, you’ll learn to build and maintain surveys, dashboards, and reports using Qualtrics, following detailed specifications to ensure accurate and timely project delivery. 

 
Our ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and meet business requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a keen eye for detail and an interest in customer experience and data driven insights. This is an entry-level role where you could gain experience to work in Market Research, Customer Experience, Experience Management, Marketing, or Product Management. 

  

  

Your Responsibilities:  

Platform Administration 

  • Manage access to the Qualtrics platform by setting up user accounts and permissions 

  • Perform platform configurations and updates as needed 

  • Learn to manage data integrations 

User Support 

  • Respond to user questions and issues related to the platform and escalate when necessary 

  • Assist in troubleshooting platform-related issues 

 
Survey & Dashboard Building 

  • Learn to build surveys and dashboards based on pre-defined specifications from the VoC team 

  • Ensure survey logic and dashboard components are implemented accurately to meet the requirements 

 
Reporting & Data Integrity 

  • Assist in and eventually own the generation and customisation of reports for various stakeholders 

  

  

Who you are: 

  • One year in similar role (bonus) 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data analytics, marketing, psychology)(preferred), (Research Thesis ideal) 

  • Experience or coursework related to customer experience, market research, design-of-experiment , data analysis, or business systems (not essential) 

  • Familiarity with survey or dashboard platforms is a plus, but training will be provided 

  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach to work 

  • Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and explaining technical aspects 

  • Ability to follow detailed specifications accurately 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
