Day in the life:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Cold call, email, digital, and social channels to identify and cultivate sales leads.
    • Engage prospects effectively to nurture relationships and qualify leads for the Business Development team.
  2. Relationship Building:
    • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate new sales opportunities and account development.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.
  3. Campaign Execution:
    • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to devise and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
    • Drive interest and generate qualified leads through strategic multichannel efforts.
  4. Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain a pipeline of prospective accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and effective management throughout the sales cycle.
    • Provide regular updates on lead status and progress to relevant stakeholders.

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant Inside Sales or Business Development experience in a B2B industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with key decision-makers and build rapport.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done.
  • Ability to work on a prospecting plan for Singapore and Malaysia market.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
    Proficiency in CRM software and sales prospecting tools, i.e. Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages such as Mandarin or Malay is advantageous.
