• Managing cutting-edge OBW Business and Operating systems
• Assisting with shop budgets and exceeding P&L expectations
• Accelerating growth in customer bookings and fostering repeat business
• Communicating and implementing exciting system updates and training
• Contributing to the success of FCB initiatives, Flight Centre Holidays, and booking component levels 4+
• Coaching and developing the skills of your team members
• Providing a vision and instilling motivation in the team
• Cultivating an overall positive and vibrant office environmentThe opportunities are endless with a huge amount of enquiry coming through the door and over the phone.
