Key duties & responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of International group travel mainly land arrangement however some exposure to airline and visas preferred.
• Develop and enforce procedures, policies, for a team.
• Negotiate contracts with travel service providers (hotels, DMC’s, attractions); maintain relationships with  vendors.
• Should be forthcoming and equipped to accompany sales for Business closures/recci visits as and when required
• Remain informed about state and foreign travel changes and policies with regards to Partners and destination.
• Expected to Identify and evaluate potential value-generating projects.

Experience

• 8+ years with minimum 5 years in International Mice contracting/mice sales role
• Managed minimum 50cr(TTV) worth business individually in previous organization
• Travel to minimum 10 International destinations as part management of groups
• Experience working across international timelines and communities. Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, organizational skills, outstanding customer service, judgment in handling confidential information.
